CalfOTel XL-2 with fence

The XL-2 with fence is designed for housing in small groups of two to three calves.

The XL-2 offers the most complete options for feeding two calves. All feeding accessories can be mounted at least in twofold, allowing the calves to eat and drink without stress, at the same time.

The front fence has four feed openings and four bucket rings with feed bowl mounting points. A teatbucket holder can be mounted on both corners of the fence, and the side fences each have three removable bars. In addition, two CombiFeeders (one for each calf) can be mounted on the XL-2 fencing or an AdLibFeeder (suitable for two calves).

The front fence has a unique patented feature: several horizontal bars are easily adjusted in height so that the feed opening is easily matched to, breed, age and size of the calves. This allows the calves to be kept comfortably in the hutch for longer.

The fence can hinge, similar to the Comfort with 4-piece fence, allowing it to be easily and quickly tilted over the hutch. The gate can also be used as a front fence in the pen, allowing the calves to stay in the pen during cleaning of the outdoor area.
