How to buy ?
The Farm24 online store offers a wide selection of high-quality farming supplies, equipment and spare parts. Shopping with us is easy, fast, convenient and secure.
First, select the products you need from the online store and add them to your shopping cart. When checking out, choose your preferred delivery method and pay via online banking, credit card, instalment payment or prepayment invoice. You will receive an invoice by email as confirmation of your purchase.
If the order contains larger products for which the transport price cannot be calculated automatically, please select “Transport price will be added within 1 working day” as the delivery method and place the order.
We will then notify you of the transport price within 1 working day, after which you can either confirm and pay for the order or cancel the order if the transport price is not suitable.
How can I find the products I am looking for?
You can browse products using the top menu of the online store, where the product categories are displayed. From there, you can select a subcategory or browse the available products directly.
You can also use the search field to find a suitable product by entering a keyword or product name. To view more detailed information about a product, click on its image. This will open the product page with additional information.
If the product is suitable for you, add it to your shopping cart. You can then continue browsing other products or proceed to checkout.
How can I pay for purchases?
You can pay securely in our online store using the following methods:
- Online banking: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele
- Bank card: Visa and MasterCard
- Mobile payments: Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Instalment payments: ESTO instalment payment, Pay in 3 equal instalments, and Buy Now, Pay Later
- Invoice: the invoice will be sent to your email address and must be paid within 3 days.

Farm24 does not have access to customers’ bank or credit card details.
How are the goods delivered and how much does delivery cost?
Delivery prices are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed, except for certain large or oversized products, for which the delivery cost may be calculated separately.
The following options are available to collect your goods:
- Courier delivery – to your selected address. The delivery price is calculated according to the weight of the products (up to 30 kg). The price is displayed automatically in the shopping cart. Delivery time: up to 7 business days.
- Parcel locker – choose from Smartpost, Omniva and DPD parcel lockers. The price is displayed automatically in the shopping cart. Delivery time: up to 5 business days.
- DSV – suitable for transporting larger products. The price is calculated according to the destination, volume and weight of the products. The price is displayed automatically in the shopping cart. Delivery time: up to 2 business days.
- FARM24 will add the transport price within 1 working day – necessary for non-standard or very large products. It is not possible to set the price automatically for such products. To get the best price, we will make enquiries with various transport companies and offer you the best price.
To view the available delivery options, you need to enter your postal code in the shopping cart. The available delivery methods and prices will then be displayed, allowing you to choose the most suitable option.
How quickly will my order arrive?
The stock status of each product is displayed in the product information. Products that are in stock will be dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been received.
We will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, together with a tracking code. After dispatch, delivery may take up to 2 business days.
If a product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be shown next to the stock status. In this case, the product will be delivered according to the indicated delivery time, calculated from the date payment is received.
If your order contains products with different delivery times, the entire order will be dispatched according to the product with the longest delivery time.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the discount code in the designated field on the shopping cart page and continue with the checkout process.
