Product description:
FINK – 3 is a mild alkaline CIP cleaner and disinfectant for milking machines. The cleaning result is supported by the chlorine contained in the formulation.

Composition and effect:
FINK – 3 is a high concentrated cleaner and disinfectant. The properly proportioned blending results into a superb cleaning effect. Organic residues like proteins or fat are oxidative degraded, saponified and dissolved. The concentration adjustment as well as the rinse control can be monitored by conductivity.

Effect on Surfaces Solutions:
of FINK – 3 can be used to clean all alkali resistant surfaces like stainless steel, aluminum, non ferrous heavy metal, ceramics, concrete and plastic. Keep strictly the application concentration.
Application:
FINK – 3 solutions are used to clean milking machines, vessels, condensers and other parts of equipment. The application solutions of FINK – 3 are foam free. The correct application mode depends on automatic cleaning system build in the milking machine The following parameter should be followed:
Application parameters:
- rinse water (approx.30 °C)
- concentration 0,5 % (50 g / 10Liter)
- temperature 30 to 60 °C
- contact time approx. 15 minutes (circulation)
- rinse again portable water
Storage:
Store FINK – 3 at a cool dry place. Keep buckets in use closed for storage.
Ecological estimation:
FINK – 3 corresponds with the rules of the Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelgesetzes. All organic components are biodegradable.
