Product description
Qualiton A is an alkaline milking machine cleaner containing active chlorine with a disinfecting effect, intended for use in rinsing systems of milking parlours, pipeline milking systems, and tanks in agricultural enterprises. The active ingredients of Qualiton A clean effectively even at low concentrations and protect against deposits caused by water hardness up to approximately 20 °dH. The complex system of active ingredients keeps loose dirt permanently in solution and prevents the formation of deposits caused by water hardness.

Ecological assessment
Qualiton A complies with the requirements of European Union legislation applicable to biocides, detergents, and cleaning agents. Its organic compounds are biodegradable.
Recommended use
Operating conditions are controlled by the automatic rinsing system.
Qualiton A achieves optimum cleaning results when the automatic rinsing machine operates within the following parameter range:

Cleaning milking equipment with Qualiton A should be alternated with an acidic milking equipment cleaner, such as Qualiton SO or FINK Spül-ASS S.
Material compatibility
Qualiton A does not damage materials commonly used in milk production, stainless steel, or alkali-resistant plastic materials. Qualiton A is not suitable for cleaning aluminium surfaces. When used correctly, it does not damage materials. In case of doubt, always check compatibility with special materials on an inconspicuous area before permanent use. Before using the product, it must be checked separately and taken into account whether the product is approved for use in the specific system.
Storage/disposal
Store in the original container in a cool and dark place. Do not store in direct sunlight! Sensitive to frost below -10 °C! Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local, regional, national, and international regulations.
