Product description

Vitrino 620 is an acidic, inhibited cleaning concentrate for all types of surfaces, e.g. for cleaning machines, equipment, floors and walls in all areas of food processing. Vitrino 620 is especially suitable for acidic cleaning as an alternative to alkaline cleaners in all areas of food processing and the beverage industry.

Ecological assessment

Vitrino 620 complies with the requirements of European Union legislation applicable to detergents and cleaning agents, in particular the Detergents Regulation.
Its organic compounds are biodegradable.

Recommended use

Cleaning conditions depend on the type and degree of soiling and the extent of mechanical support in the cleaning process.
Vitrino 620 can be used as follows:

After use, rinse surfaces thoroughly with water of drinking-water quality. Do not allow the disinfecting solution to dry on surfaces, as this may damage the material.

Material compatibility

When used correctly, it does not damage stainless steel, ceramic or plastic surfaces. For galvanised surfaces, limit use to up to 2% concentration and a contact time of up to 10 minutes. In case of doubt, always check compatibility with special materials on an inconspicuous area before permanent use. Before using the product, it must be checked separately and taken into account whether the product is approved for use in the specific system.

Storage/disposal

Store in the original packaging in a cool and frost-protected place, protected from direct sunlight. Do not pour the remaining product back into the container. Sensitive to frost below –15 °C! Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations.
