Arvestades, et veistel on 300-kraadine vaatenurk, aitavad “pimedad” piirata renni sisenevate veiste perifeerset vaadet.
Need kaitsevad veiseid rennist väljaspool asuvate segajate eest, mis võivavad põhjustada nende taganemist boksist. “Pimedad” aitavad suunata veised otse pealuugi avause poole.
“Pimedad” on valmistatud vastupidavast “kummitaolisest” valatud polüuretaanist, mis on UV-kindel. Seega pole need mitte ainult paindlikud ja ohutud kariloomadele, vaid ka kulumis- ja pragudekindlad.
