Self-cleaning cattle drinker
La Buvette CLEAN-FLOW 230 is an unheated group drinker with four drinking bowls. According to the manufacturer, it offers watering capacity comparable to a conventional 2.3 m trough and is suitable for a group of around 40 cattle.
Cleaner water and easier maintenance
The specially shaped bowls create a self-cleaning effect during drinking: the animal takes back in feed particles that have fallen into the bowl. This helps the bowls stay clean for longer and reduces the amount of water discarded during cleaning. Regular inspection and cleaning are still required.
Very smooth internal surfaces and two 10 cm drain openings make cleaning easier. The drain design allows emptying without putting your hands in the drinking water.
Fast filling and robust construction
The JUMBO valve beneath the protective cover supplies 80 l/min at 3 bar. A constant water level and rapid filling help maintain water availability. The cover opens without tools.
The heavy-duty, one-piece double-walled body is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The drinker attaches to the wall at 12 fixing points. A brass elbow with a ¾″ male thread is included. Follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
